Any suggestions on how to best model (using Creo Parametric 2.0) a gallon-size recloseable plastic bag - with varying conditions: new, flat & closed; relaxed & open mouthed; loaded with an odd-form part and zipped close?
Just to model the bag at an enhanced material thickness of .006" or .15mm as compared to the relatively longer and wider (27mm x 27mm) is tricky to regenerate. The u-shape of the front and back then need to be effectively heat sealed along the two vertical edges.
I am a Pro/SHEETMETAL guy, per se, and just do not have the creative juices to model something that may need to warp.
