I volunteered to complete a tolerance stackup analysis on an assembly. Attached you will find the dimensions for the two parts. I need to find the gap (worst case) between mating parts (liner & billet). In TAX, I cant seem to pick the radius surfaces/edges, and GD&T annotations. it will only let me pick cylinders. How do i account for the annotations in TAX? Also, i see people using the attached template but is not friendly to GTOL annotations. How to account for the profile annotations into the template?
