WF4 popup dialog boxes appear in random places

I've got a user that has the popup dialog boxes appearing in random places. We are using Wildfire 4.0, M220. One example is the Constraints dialog box in the sketcher, it will show up in the upper right (this is what I consider "normal"). And then the next time it will pop up on the other monitor, in the upper left, and then the next time in the upper right, then in a completely different place, the middle of the primary monitor, etc...

Any ideas on how to get this behavior consistent?
